Outreach at St. Andrew's

Outreach activities are planned and carried out by the Stewardship Outreach Committee, which meets monthly. Through this program St. Andrew's provides material items to an underprivileged family; food and clothing to needy families, as recommended by the Department of Human Resources; reading materials, fresh fruit and juices to the inmates of the Macon County Jail; gifts to the patients at Bryce State Hospital at Christmas; and a substantial financial contribution to the Macon County Department of Human Resources' Christmas Project for underprivileged children. Contributions are also made to other community organizations that respond to the needs of humankind.
